we are
The Sean Shannon Music Foundation, established in 2025 in memory of Sean Shannon, is dedicated to supporting young musicians facing socioeconomic challenges. We provide opportunities and build community through access to resources, workshops, bursaries and events, fostering a space for musical growth and connection.

Clash For Cause Battle of the Bands
In collaboration with Clash For Cause this is a high-energy live music competition celebrating emerging student talent across a range of genres. Bands go head-to-head in a friendly showdown where the audience plays a key role, voting live with coloured flags to crown the winner.
More than just a gig, the night is about connection, creativity, and community. All proceeds support youth music education, helping provide access to high-quality music education for young people across Ireland.
